Policies

1. Check-in Age: 21 years or older.
    
2. Check-In/Out: Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.
    
3. Pet Policy: Dogs Allowed, maximum two family dogs, not to exceed 50 pounds, is permitted for a $10.00 per pet, per night fee. The dog must be declared during registration and kept on a leash when outside the guest room. Dogs must never be left unattended in the guest room and when you walk your dog, please clean up after them.
    
4. Children: Kids under 17 can stay for free. 
    
5. Payment: We accept these major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
    
6. Maximum guests in rooms: King (2), Queen (4).
    
7. Non-Smoking: A fee of $250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Inquire about our designated smoking areas.
    
8. Cancellation Policy:  Please see your reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation policies for your room. Cancellation policies may vary per room type or time of year.
    
9. Parking:  Parking is always free for our customers, in our own parking lot.
    
10. Hotel charge incidental deposit of $100 per stay.
